ISLAMABAD: Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) Ashtar Ausaf Ali has said the Supreme Court (SC) had the constitutional right to form a judicial commission on Panama Papers case.
In an interview, he said that depends upon the apex court whether it constitutes a commission to probe into Panama Papers or frame Terms of Reference on it.
He said whatever the Supreme Court decides on Panama Papers, every political party should accept it.
He said the case on Panama Papers is subjudice in the court and urged every individual to neither criticise it, nor give their views on it. –APP/SAMAA
