PHC moved for timely Completion of CPEC’s western route

PESHAWAR: The Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Asad Qaiser today filed a writ petition in Peshawar High Court for timely completion of western route of China Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Later talking to newsmen, he said CPEC is a big development project and it will change the destiny of the nation.

He said we are not against CPEC but wants the rights of the province. He lauded the role of China in the development of Pakistan.

Asad Qaiser urged the federal government to fulfill its promise made in the All Parties Conference in Islamabad few months back.

He said the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA have been badly affected by terrorism, therefore special incentives should be given for its rehabilitation. –APP
