01:00: Imran Khan addresses supporters at Charing Cross.

"We will March towards Raiwind after Eid if Nawaz Sharif failed to answer of 4 simple questions."

Khan said we would appeal for rejected petition on Panama papers in Supreme Court of Pakistan.

23: 00: Khan addresses supporters at Bhati Chowk.

"The country will become great if we win this war against corruption. We are fighting a war of Pakistan's survival."

Khan said the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer.

"Lahore is the heart of Pakistani politics. We have to defeat the king of corruption, Nawaz Sharif."

"We will announce our next strategy when we reach at Charing Cross," he said.


22: 00: After a brief stay at Azadi Chowk, the PTI's Pakistan Ehtesab March left for Nasir Bagh. 

Imran Khan addressed his supporters at Azadi Chowk and once again urged the FBR to open an inquiry against the ruling family over Panama Leaks.

Thousands of people led by PTI Chairman Imran Khan has reached Timber Market Metro Station on their way to Charing Cross where, they will end the protest.

The information minister said that innocent lives were lost due to the rallies in Lahore and Rawalpindi.

"Rawalpindi Metro Bus remained suspended throughout the day, causing a loss of Rs1 million."

Federal Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid say that business community has suffered losses worth Rs4 billion due to the protests.

"We will approach the judiciary again. We don't want to put any pressure  on judiciary, but the nation wants to know when will judiciary hold the rulers accountable for their corruption," he said.

PTI rally comprising thousands of people reached Ravi Bridge, where Imran Khan addressed his supporters.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that protestors had no objectives. "These people want to push the country towards darkness and their protest was aimed at blocking Pakistan's path to progress prosperity."

The PTI rally is moving towards Bhatti Chwok, where large numbers of people are gathered to receive Imran Khan.

"The killers of Model Town massacre are roaming freely. People are dying, but the government is unmoved."

PTI spokesman Naeem ul Haq says that innocent lives were lost due to mismanagement of the Punjab government.

"Imran Khan will not achieve nothing but failure due to his  negative politics. PTI has nothing else to do excepting staging protests. "

An innocent life was lost due to politics of chaos and anarchy.

Rana Sanaullah claimed that a minor boy lost his life due to traffic jam. "We will file a case against the PTI leadership if heirs of the boy desire so."

"PTI's rally doesn't have more than a few thousands people, but it is holding a city of 15 million people hostage"

"We had offered the PTI to do its negative politics at Liaquat Bagh. We also proposed that the matter would be resolved after Eid ul Azha.

"We have provided complete security to protesters in Lahore. Security agencies have issued a terror alert."

"Containers have been placed at different points of Rawalpindi as part of security measures. We want to protect them, but they are bent upon committing suicide."

"We are taking steps to protect their lives due to threats. We haven't blocked their rally's route. It is still open."

17: 44: PML-N leader Hanif Abbasi says that PAT and Sheikh Rashid were making hue and cry as they failed to gather people for their rally.

A Punjab government spokesman say that legal action will be initiated against the PTI for violating its agreement.

17: 30: Nadra Chowk, Radio Pakistan Chowk blocked with containers

"We will hit the streets in two to three hours and no barrier or container can block our rally."

"It is unprecedented. We never saw Rawalpindi being barricaded by any party  in the past."

Awami Muslim League (AML) leader Sheikh Rashid lamented that authorities are placing barbwire in Rawalpindi.

"There is no truth in allegations of Imran Khan regarding the Election Commission," an ECP spokesman told SAMAA.

Dr Tahir ul Qadri says that the PML-N government is resorting to worst dictatorship in the name of democracy.

Dr Tahir ul Qadri says that FBR is helpless. Those sending notices for Panama Leaks have also been named in the leaks.

A sea of people has gathered with me in Rawalpindi. I have never seen such gathering before.

17: 10: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) head Dr Tahir ul Qadri says that all the containers being placed in Rawalpindi and Islamabad will disappear like pebbles.

17: 07: It remains to be seen what steps FBR takes in the coming day.

17: 07 PTI leader Jahangir Tarin says that FBR has issued notices after we took to the streets against the Leaks.

17: 00: FBR issues notice to 350 Pakistanis over Panama Leaks

"This is not Election Commission of Pakistan. It is Election Commission of Noon League," he said.

"Mr Chairman, you have to be answerable to Almighty not Nawaz Sharif. We know how you are sending billions of rupees to Dubai," he said.

"Our rally is not only aimed at putting pressure on Nawaz Sharif, it's objective is to pressurize state institutions for their failure to take action against Nawaz Sharif over Panama Leaks.


"We gave Nawaz Sharif (Prime Minister) five months to produce evidence about his offshore properties, but he wants to launch an inquiry according to his own law," Khan said.

The PTI Chairman also lashed  out at the Chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for failing to initiate any proceeding against any person named in the Panama Leaks.

PTI leaders Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Jahangir Tarin, Asad Omar, Chaudhry Sarwar and other leaders are part of the convoy.

The rally led by Imran Khan has left Shahidra for Chairing Cross.
