ISLAMABAD: Spokesman to the Prime Minister Musadik Malik has said protest movement of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is not for accountability but to grab power.
In an interview with PTV, he said PTI chief Imran Khan is maligning national institutions and his attitude is weakening democracy.
Musadik Malik said the government welcome the references filed by the opposition parties as they are using legal and constitutional ways to resolve the issue.
He questioned the PTI leadership that if they wanted across the board accountability, then why they did not take any action against corruption scandals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. – APP
