ISLAMABAD: Spokesman to the Prime Minister Musadik Malik Thursday said PML-N would extend its agenda of development in AJK if its people gave chance to serve them.
Talking to a private news channel, he said it was the right of Kashmiri people to cast vote to their favourite party however he expressed the hope that PML-N would emerge as single largest winning party in General Elections 2016.
He said PML-N would implement its agenda of development in AJK after forming government there. Energy projects, infrastructure development, health and education sectors would be our top priority, he added.
Musadik Malik said that PML-N believes in serving the masses and its top agenda in AJK would be development oriented as past governments had not paid attention on it.
He said AJK is enriched with natural resources including water and it can play an important role to start more power projects there.
The spokesman said Prime Minister Health Program had already been started in AJK as well and it would be extended to other parts so that poor people could get proper health facilities.
He said PML-N had not used state resources during elections campaign in AJK nor it violated Election Commission laws.
Musadik said after establishing government in AJK, steps would be taken to transfer powers at local level by conducting Local elections. –APP
