ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Monday submitted interim challan against suspected murderers and facilitators in Dr. Imran Farooq murder case, Samaa reported.
The challan was submitted to Islamabad’s Anti-Terrorism Court where FIA filed a 16-page charge-sheet comprising FIR and other documents as well as statements of 12 eyewitnesses.

After hearing the case, the judge adjourned ruling till April 21 on a plea seeking release of all three accused – Muazzam Ali, Mohsin Ali and Khalid Shamim.
The court also rejected bail application of Muazzam Ali who is under FIA custody along with two others accused since Dec 2015.

According to our correspondent, family of the accused is likely to approach Islamabad High Court against the ATC decision. - Samaa
