ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office Saturday said 52 Pakistani Hajj pilgrims sustained injuries in a construction crane crash incident at Makkah’s Grand Masjid in Saudi Arabia in which at least 107 people were martyred.

According to the statement issued here, no Pakistani is reportedly martyred in the incident.

The statement stated 22 Pakistani pilgrims are under treatment in three different hospitals, while 25 others were discharged after having been provided with medical aid.

Pakistani medical team is engaged in providing medical treatment to the injured persons, it said. –Samaa
