MULTAN: Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman said on Wednesday that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will have to resign if the rigging allegations are established.

Talking to media here, he said that some of the parties and individuals are not happy to see PTI members in the parliament.

Answering a question regarding by-election in Karachi, Qureshi said that it was the first time that the MQM had to struggle for a victory and it did not win the election through rigging.

It is to be mentioned here that MQM’s candidate Kanwar Naveed had won by-election in NA-246 of Karachi. SAMAA
