LAHORE: A crucial meeting of what is being dubbed as the forward bloc of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz will be held in Karachi tomorrow, Samaa reports Saturday.
Senior PML-N leader Senator Zulfikar Muhammad Khosa is likely to chair the first meeting of the forward bloc. Former Punjab Chief Minister Dost Muhammad Khosa and his son have already arrived in Karachi, sources said.
This bloc is likely to pose serious challenge to Nawaz Sharif's party.
Sources said that the meeting, which will be held at the residence of Liaquat Jatoi another disgruntled PML-N leader, is likely to be attended by Arbab Ghulam Rahim, Ghaus Ali Shah besides other leaders.
Earlier, senator Khosa had claimed that he enjoys the support of several discontented PML-N leaders and workers. He further said that they could also submit their resignations in the next phase. – Samaa
