RAWALPINDI: At least 19 terrorists including key commanders of militants were killed in fresh airstrikes in Khyber Agency on Wednesday.

The air attacks were carried out in Sanda Pal area of Tirah Valley in the Khyber Agency, ISPR revealed in a statement.

Pakistan Army has recently launched Operation Khyber-I in the Khyber Agency alongside Operation Zarb-e-Azb in the North Waziristan Agency.

Five hideouts of militants and large quantities of weapons were also destroyed, according to ISPR.

At least 167 terrorists have so far been killed in Operation Khyber-I. – Samaa
