Army chief vows to pursue terrorists in remotest areas

RAWALPINDI: Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt visited general's headquarters (GHQ) today (Wednesday) and called on General Raheel Sharif, Chief of Army Staff.

According a statement issued by the ISPR, army chief said both chiefs reviewed the progress of ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb and discussed the conduct of future operations.

They vowed to employ all resources for a joint campaign plan and ensure success of operation Zarbe Azb.

Terrorists will be pursued even in the remotest areas and all their sanctuaries will be taken out, the COAS emphasized.
