PHC orders blocking of unregistered sims

PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court sanctioned fifteen days to KPK government to block unregistered Sims on Monday. Chief Justice Dost Mohammad Khan chaired the hearing of unregistered Sims cases.- SAMAA TV reportsChief Secretary KPK, IG Police and other high rank official were summoned for the hearing in which the Chief Justice reinstated, “If unregistered sims are not blocked within the set time duration, then PTA will consequently have to recompense for the loss of taxes instead”The High court has also asked for the previous five years records of the case along with the records of abducted and released people pertinent to the case and details of the ransom amounts for broader perspective on the case.- SAMAA TV
