Staff ReportQUETTA: As Governor Rules’ two-month period ended in Balochistan last night, the fate of suspended Chief Minister Aslam Raisani’s government still hangs in balance, creating a constitutional deadlock in the restive province, SAMAA reported.Sources said the notification for restoration of Chief Minister Aslam Raisani’s government is yet to be issued, following a meeting in the Presidency ended inconclusive.Raisani is reluctant to resign as a Chief Minister Balochistan since he is hopeful to get back his post claiming Opposition’s support. Aslam Raisani called on Balochistan Governor, Zulfiqar Magsi, in Islamabad on Wednesday and informed him about his allies’ decision that they would not allow resignation.Raisani informed while talking to SAMAA, after meeting with the governor, that he can go to Quetta in special plane of the Chief Minister this night.Later on, Balochistan Governor called on Prime Minister Raja Parvez Ashraf and briefed him about meeting with Aslam Raisani.According to sources, Balochistan Governor and PPP leadership called on President Asif Ali Zardari to finalize the next move. However, the meeting ended inconclusive, hanging the fate of Balochistan in balance, setting off the question that who rules Balochistan? — SAMAA
