Staff ReportISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has taken notice of 27,000 plots’ distribution in Sindh and demanded explanation from the Chief Secretary of the province, SAMAA reports.Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) mailed a letter to the ECP and complaint that the PPP is distributing 27,000 plots in its Sindh workers and it is an act of pre-poll rigging.The Election Commission took notice over the PTI complaint and demanded an explanation from Chief Secretary of Sindh over plots’ distribution.An application of the Law Ministry to allow issuance of 250 million rupees’ funds to Bar Council has been also rejected by the ECP.The ECP has banned issuance of funds till March 16.
