ISLAMABAD: The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) on Tuesday approved duty-free import of spare parts for Karachi’s CNG buses.
Federal Finance Minister Hafiz Sheikh chaired the ECC meeting which was held in Islamabad today. The meeting approved gas supply for Quetta Thermal Power Plant and complete waiver of duty, for once, on the import of spare parts for Karachi’s CNG buses.
The ECC's meeting also instructed Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) to import 0.1 million tons of urea before the middle of February. SAMAA
