ATC acquits 4 in Marriott Hotel case

RAWALPINDI: Anti-Terrorism Court-1Rawalpind acquitted on Wednesday four persons accused of attack on Marriott Hotel.

The accused Dr Usman, Rana Ilyas, Tehseenullah Jaan fielded petition in the court according to section 265 of PPC.

The accused held the view that documentary proof produced in the court against them is not sufficient therefore they should be released.

After the completion of arguments of the counsels the accused were set free.

Although they have been acquitted by the court but they will not released because they are wanted under various cases of terrorism in the federal metropolis. SAMAA
