Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf holds protest

QUETTA: Workers from Imran Khan’s political party, Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf, staged a protest Sunday against rolling blackouts, inflation and rising violence.

The men shouted slogans against the government as they wove through the streets to Manan Chowk.

The Balochistan president of the party Shahid Qazi and other workers gave speeches, saying that promises made with the people had not been fulfilled by the government. They demanded an end to the electrical load shedding and high prices.
