The federal government has increased the price of petrol by Rs2.31 per litre, according to a notification it issued Thursday.
A litre of petrol will now sell for Rs106, the notification issued by the Finance Division said.
High-speed diesel went up by Rs1.80 to Rs110.24 per litre.
The new prices will take effect from January 1, 2021.
