Pakistan inflation remains high despite PM’s intervention

No Tiger Force in sight, say consumers

During fiscal year 2020, Pakistan witnessed its highest annual inflation rate in eight years and it doesn't seem to be coming down. With the prices of essential commodities on the higher side, Prime Minister Imran Khan had to intervene to put the inflation genie back in the bottle with the help of his Tiger Force. However, a market survey by the Naya Din team shows that things haven't changed even 10 days after the PM's intervention.
