Online Food Festival: Paneer Matar Paratha recipe

As part of SAMAA digital and Tastemate’s Ramazan online food festival, we bring you easy to make Paneer Matar Paratha recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

All purpose flour – 250g

Salt – to taste

Ghee – 3tbsp

Water – as per need

Peas (boiled) – 100g

Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp

Black pepper powder – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Green chillies – 2tbsp

Fresh coriander – 2tbsp

Cottage cheese – 100g

Cooking oil

DIRECTION:

1. Knead dough by adding wheat flour, salt, ghee & water.

2. In a bowl add boiled PEAs and mash well.

3. Add red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, green chilies, fresh coriander and mix well.

4. Take small balls, make round chapati with rolling pan.

5. Now place prepared & cheese.

6. Press gently with fingers.

7. Now place chapati on another side, use again rolling pin.

8. Add prepared mixture.

9. Now fry paratha until golden brown. 10. Serve hot Matar paneer paratha with raita.
