Rain expected in Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Rawalpindi
The heat is starting to get to people across Pakistan.
In Karachi, the Meteorological department has forecast that temperatures may rise up to 40°C on Sunday. Temperatures in Peshawar and Lahore are likely to soar to 36°C as the heat intensity increases while people in Islamabad and Sukkur cities may experience temperatures till 32°C and 44°C respectively.
Lights rains are also expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

On Saturday, the mercury level was recorded at 39°C in Karachi, 32°C in Islamabad, 36°C in Lahore and Peshawar and 29°C in Quetta.
The highest temperature, however, was recorded in Sukkur on Saturday at 44°C.
