In episode 20, Bhola, a mentally impaired person, assaults his wife, Noori, under the influence of heavy medications. While the scene concluded with a traumatised Noori, the real problem unfolded later when Bhola’s mother tries to justify the assault as Bhola returns to ‘normalcy.’

In the drama, Bhola has so far raped his wife Noorie twice while she could not say anything for it as he is now her husband. The drama even got criticised for normalising marital rape but according to Iqra, it aims to highlight this pressing issue.

All dramas have the same storyline. Woman the victim, crying, depressed… We should stop following Indian suite now.

Actually we forgot real flavor of our dramas, these days we are preoccupied with the indian dramas. Now a days our dramas are far away from the class of classics.

Nori wife of bhola, bhola all rights used as a her husband. That’s right.
Am elligated writer they wrong script material rape.
    It is against of Islam.
The wife should treat her husband in a good manner, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And they (women) have rights (over their husbands as regards living expenses) similar (to those of their husbands) over them (as regards obedience and respect) to what is reasonable” [al-Baqarah 2:228]

    Al-Qurtubi said:

It was also narrated from him – i.e., Ibn ‘Abbaas – that this means: they have the right to good companionship and kind and reasonable treatment from their husbands just as they are obliged to obey the commands of their husbands.

You are a dumb person. Please, stop translating Islam in the wrong way. When it comes to make love, a woman has the same right as a man. She has the right to deny or accept depends on her mood. Please, don’t make a woman slave. Treat her as a human. I really don’t understand the mentality of Pakistanis. We need to bring more TV shows like this, we need to give more awareness to our people. We need to empower our women. One more thing I would like to mention. Its like how the rich can use the poor people and that also an issue in Pakistan. The richer people of Pakistan slave the poor people of Pakistan on the name of domestic labor which is totally wrong.
