MICHIGAN: Local police arrested a Michigan man after he allegedly threatened to shoot and kill CNN employees, according to local media reports.

The intelligence agency interrogated the man who was revealed in a CBS report to have reportedly called up CNN 22 times about a week ago.

Talking to CNN operator over phone, the man warned the reporters of the news channel that he was going to gun all of them down.

The report said the man called CNN again and warned, “I’m smarter than you. More powerful than you. I have more guns than you. More manpower. Your cast is about to get gunned down in a matter of hours.”

The alleged attacker was reported to be saying on phone, “I am coming to Georgia right now to go to the CNN headquarters to f—ing gun every single last one of you.”

It was an easy task for the US intelligence agency to trace the call and later, they arrested the man for giving life threats to employees of the news channel.

Recently, US President Donald Trump censured some media houses in his well-known tweet of ‘Fake News Awards’. The CNN network also ‘won’ Trump’s “Fake News Awards”.

Trump showed his bias and frustration against the news channel in a tweet with an edited GIF of him pummeling a man with the CNN logo superimposed on his head.

On these tweets, Trump came under severe criticism from the journalists who warned that his tirade can actually lead to violence against them. –
