WASHINGTON: A video of President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, is evoking quite a vitriolic reaction on Twitter after the billionaire was seen openly flirting with an Irish reporter in the clip.

President Donald Trump is known to be awkward when it comes to his behaviour. His awkward handshakes, embraces and remarks have almost always been the subject of ire directed towards him on social media.

Trump was congratulating the Irish Prime Minister, with whom he was on the phone, when he interrupted the call and beckoned a 'beautiful' Irish reporter towards him and stated that she had a 'nice smile'.

He then, in a sleazy remark, said to the newly elected Irish Prime Minister,"I bet she treats you well," which caused an awkward laugh from the reporter, who told him her name was Caitriona Perry.

Even Caitriona Perry, the reporter who was complimented by Trump, referred to it as a 'bizarre moment' when she shared the video clip on Twitter.
