Actor Mansha Pasha took to Twitter on Tuesday to create awareness about mental health.

The Laal Kabootar star said that she went through a depressive spell the night before. “I am massively lucky and have nothing to complain about but it happens to us all. I spoke to two of my childhood friends,” she added.

The actor said that her friends debunked most of her thought patterns and rationalised fears like only those whom you have known your whole life can.

She urged fans to use this time to connect with their own mental health “Pay attention. And talk to someone. It may not fix everything but it will help. It will,” she advised.
