Google rolls out surprise Avengers: Endgame-inspired Easter egg

As the most awaited film of 2019 Avengers: Endgame hit cinemas on Thursday, Google rolled out something special for internet users who are in search of Thanos.

To see the surprise just Google ‘Thanos’ on your desktop or mobile and then click the Infinity Gauntlet under his name.

Clicking the gem-studded gauntlet it triggers an Easter egg and the power of the Infinity Stones to wipe out half the search results on the page.

Google even gives you an updated count on search returns to show you the magnitude of your actions, displaying its familiar number of search results in the upper left corner. They decline from about 90 million results to just 45 million.

Click the glove again to return your world to normal and your search results will return.

Avengers: Endgame, at 3 hours and 58 seconds, is the longest movie in the MCU’s history. It is being released in Pakistan on April 26.
