KARACHI: Television personality Fakhr-e-Alam asked Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) to take notice of Sindh Assembly’s deputy speaker Shehla Raza’s "irresponsible and cheap" comment.

When reporters asked Shehla Raza to comment on the protest of celebrities on the killing of Sufi singer Amjad Sabri, she remarked: “Who is leading the protest – a guy who is grandson of General Rani?”

Fakhr-e-Alam hit back at the deputy speaker, saying Shehla is a decent and well-mannered woman but her comment was “irresponsible and cheap”.

He hoped that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would take notice of Shehla Raza’s statement. –Samaa
