CM orders inquiry into NTS paper leak

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has ordered an inquiry into a leak of NTS entry test paper here on Friday.

According to a statement, a notification to this effect has also been issued. Sindh Health Department on the directives of the Sindh Chief Minister has constituted an inquiry committee to probe improper conduct of public sector medical colleges and universities entry test conducted on September 22, through National Testing Service (NTS) at various centres.

Chairman of the committee will be Aijaz Ahmed Mahesar Special Secretary (admin) health department, member Dr. Muhammed Akahlaq Khan Director General Health Services Sindh Hyderabad, member Dr. Khalil Ahmed Pathan, Medical Superintendent Sindh Government Lyari General Hospital Karachi, member Mohsin Shaikh Additional Director Development Health Department Karachi, and Dr. Nadeem Akhtar Shaikh Additional Director (field) Directorate of health Karachi will be the convenor/member of the committee.

The committee will present its report within 10 days.
