Punjab drug companies end strike

LAHORE: Following successful talks with the government, pharmaceutical companies announced to end their strike.

According to our correspondent, the provincial government has constituted a five -member committee to meet the demands of pharmas.

The committee will comprise of representatives from Punjab government and Pharmaceutical associations.

Representatives of the companies have been demanding review of amendment in Drug Act 1976. – Samaa
