International bestseller P.S. I Love You is getting a sequel after 15 years.

Author Cecelia Ahern broke the news on Twitter.

The book, titled ‘Postscript’, will be released in the UK and Ireland on September 19.

P.S. I Love You is a romance novel about a couple Holly and Gerry who are heartbreakingly separated after Gerry dies from brain tumor. Holly is devastated and tries to cope with the help of letters from her late husband. All the letters end with the words ‘P.S. I LOVE YOU’.

After the success of the book, it was turned into a feature film that starred Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler. The movie was released in 2007.
