Avengers: Endgame will release on April 26
Marvel fans want to see Iron Man survive Avengers: Endgame than Captain America, according to a recent poll by Comicbook.com.
Not many details have been revealed about the upcoming movie, but the fate of two favourites is on the line as the actors playing them, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr., have completed their contracts as of the fourth Avengers movie.
To test the popularity of the characters, the comic book website asked Marvel fans who would they rather keep after Endgame. The final results were fairly close, but Iron Man won out in the end with 55% of the votes. At least 5,548 people took part in the poll.
In the MCU, the two characters divided the Avengers over a fight pertaining to the Winter Soldier in Captain America: Civil War. They have been seen to be at odds with one another since then.
Avengers: Endgame is the culmination of the last decade of Marvel Cinematic Universe films, which began with Iron Man in 2008. The movie will release on April 26.
