MUMBAI: Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor will not be making public appearances anytime soon, if Indian media reports are to be believed.

As per reports from a couple of leading Indian entertainment websites, the Kapoor scion has been  strictly told by the director of his upcoming Sanjay Dutt biopic, Rajkumar Hirani, not to make any more public appearances.

It is being said that Hirani likes to keep the characters of his movies under wraps and not reveal much to the public right before the film’s release. Recent clicks of the actor, in his Sanjay Dutt avatar, made their way to social media and this did not sit well with the Indian director.

The biopic on Sanjay Dutt has some stellar actors to its name such apart from Ranbir Kapoor such as Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza and Manisha Koirala.

Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in Jagga Jasoos, which also stars his former girlfriend Katrina Kaif in the lead role besides him.
