Singer Momina Mustehsan, who shot to fame with her debut appearance with legendary Rahat Fateh Ali Khan at Coke Studio, gave a befitting reply to a distasteful comment about her looks.
The singer was applauded widely for her melodious voice in “Afreen Afreen” song and some even believed that she overshadowed the great Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.
A Twitter user trolled the singer, saying Momina has just an average looking girl. “No offense but she resembles the maid girl at my house,” he wrote.
Celebrities usually ignore such trolls but Momina is certainly not one of those people. Instead of ignoring, she gave an apt reply to the guy.
“But I never claimed to be beautiful man. Chill out lol. And resembling your maid isn’t offensive, I’m glad I have lookalikes who work hard, even if it’s a maid at someone’s house,” she wrote.
“Didn’t know “maid girls” at Pakistani’s house couldn’t be beautiful, and compared to one could be offensive,” she added.
