The ninth edition of the Pakistan Super League kicked off at Gaddafi Stadium in the city of gardens Lahore today with a colorful opening ceremony.

The event signifies the commencement of the eagerly awaited tournament, featuring performances by Arif Lohar, Ali Zafar, Noori, Sahir Ali Bagga, Aima Baig and others.

The opening match will be played between defending champions Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United.
