Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who recently underwent tricep surgery for a long-neglected injury, revealed that he had underestimated the severity of the issue until the pain became unbearable.

Clarifying misinformation spread by certain media outlets, Saif emphasized that neither his knee nor his back was the source of the injury.

Saif shared that the tricep had been bothering him intermittently, sometimes causing intense pain. It was only during the shooting of a Telugu movie that the injury aggravated significantly. Despite the pain, he continued working until the discomfort became overwhelming.

The actor underwent surgery at Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital, where doctors discovered a badly torn tricep tendon. Saif completed his film commitments before scheduling the surgery, and he is now on a month-long break to recover.

Accompanied by his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif returned home after the surgery. He expressed gratitude for the doctors' expertise and thanked fans for their well wishes.

As he takes time to recuperate, Bollywood enthusiasts eagerly await his return to filming, while ongoing projects may experience delays due to his temporary absence.
