Names for the proposed interim cabinet of Azad Kashmir have emerged, according to sources.
The names have reportedly been finalised with the approval of senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leadership for the formation of the interim cabinet.
The AJK cabinet may be reviewed after elections take place in the remaining constituencies.
The proposed cabinet includes Dr Mustafa Bashir, Raja Saqib Majeed, Noreen Arif, Maryam Idrees, Chaudhry Rukhsar, Chaudhry Zaraq and Raja Riasat.
Raja Ayaz, Azhar Sadiq, Sardar Mir Akbar, Waqar Noor and Pir Mazhar Saeed are expected to receive ministerial portfolios. Sehrish Qamar is also expected to join the Azad Kashmir cabinet.
Raja Usman Farooq and Mohsin Uzair are likely to receive important responsibilities as advisers. PML-N ally Sajid Iqbal Abbasi is also expected to receive an important responsibility.
