In the HBL PSL auction, Sialkot Stallions have assembled a powerful squad, retaining key players and signing several major names.
Australian star Steve Smith was directly signed for Rs14 crore, making him the highlight of the auction. Retained players include Mohammad Nawaz for Rs6.16 crore, Salman Mirza for Rs3.94 crore, Ahmed Daniyal for Rs2.24 crore, and Saad Masood for Rs84 lakh.
During the auction, Sahibzada Farhan was acquired for Rs6.16 crore. Among foreign players, Ashton Turner joined for Rs4.2 crore, Peter Siddle for Rs2.5 crore, and Tabriz Shamsi for Rs2.2 crore.
Additionally, Sialkot Stallions signed Jehanzeb Sultan, Lashlan Shah, and Diano Potgieter each for Rs60 lakh, further strengthening their lineup ahead of the PSL season.
