American cricketer Aaron Jones has been suspended following anti-corruption charges, the International Cricket Council confirmed.
The ICC said Jones committed five breaches of its anti-corruption regulations. According to the governing body, the allegations relate to corruption in both domestic and international matches.
The charges include match-fixing, failure to report corrupt approaches, and obstructing official investigations.
Jones is also accused of concealing information and failing to cooperate with the ICC’s Anti-Corruption Unit. The ICC has granted Aaron Jones 14 days to submit his response to the charges.
