The 41-year-old reached the mark during the BBL knockout between Hobart Hurricanes and Melbourne Stars at the Bellerive Oval. In the 7.5 over of the Hurricanes’ innings, Siddle delivered a fast yorker to Nikhil Chaudhary.
Chaudhary failed to get bat on ball, which passed through the gloves of wicketkeeper Sam Harper for a bye. The speed reading drew a reaction from the crowd, with several players also appearing surprised by the pace achieved at this stage of Siddle’s career.
