Pakistan captain Babar Azam has ended his Big Bash League (BBL) campaign prematurely, returning home to join the national team ahead of the series against Australia.

The Sydney Sixers confirmed his unavailability for the remaining matches.

Babar Azam, who represented the Sydney Sixers in the ongoing BBL, will not play in the remaining matches of the tournament. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) called him back for national duty, prompting his early exit from the Australian league.
