Britain’s top military commander has issued a stark warning about the rising threat of war, declaring Russia an increasing danger to the United Kingdom. His remarks come as European military leaders raise alarms over worsening global security conditions.

British Chief of Defence Staff Sir Richard Knighton has openly declared Russia a threat to Britain. He warned that Moscow’s growing military capabilities pose serious risks to national and regional security.

Sir Richard said the sons and daughters of the British nation should be prepared for war, underlining the gravity of the current security environment.

Russian military strengthened by Ukraine war

According to Sir Richard Knighton, the Russian army has become stronger after four years of continuous war in Ukraine. He noted that prolonged combat experience and adaptation on the battlefield have significantly enhanced Russia’s military power.
