Quetta Gladiators batter Dinesh Chandimal suffered an injury during the first playoff against Islamabad United in the tenth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL X) at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Wednesday.
According to details, Dinesh Chandimal was not fielding as he picked up a strain while batting. Haseebullah Khan was doing wicketkeeping for the Gladiators in place of Chandimal.

Separately, newly-appointed Pakistan head coach Mike Hesson had removed three names from the squad selected by the selectors for the upcoming series against Bangladesh.
Sources divulged on Wednesday that the selection committee had initially included Abbas Afridi, Sufyan Muqeem and Haider Ali in the squad. However, Mike Hesson replaced Sufyan Muqeem with Faheem Ashraf and Haider Ali with Hussain Talat.
