The Nusuk platform, managed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, has introduced two new methods for booking and praying at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif in the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, enhancing the pilgrim experience.
The first option is instant booking, allowing multiple visits to the Rawdah Al-Sharif throughout the year, subject to proximity and capacity limits. The second option is a waitlist, where visitors can register for notifications when a booking slot becomes available.
The Nusuk app facilitates the booking of permits for Umrah, prayers, and visits to the Two Holy Mosques, following capacity regulations.
It integrates with the Tawakkalna app for health status verification and helps pilgrims from abroad easily obtain visas through electronic procedures.
Available for download on the App Store and Google Play, the platform also offers a convenient way to book Umrah packages and visit programs.
