Renowned Indian sports journalist Vikrant Gupta hoped that the Indian spinners would “perform well” in the Dubai-leg of the highly anticipated Champions Trophy, slated to happen from February 19.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Gupta talked about the ongoing ILT20 in Dubai to predict the potential conditions during the upcoming Champions Trophy at the same venue.
“Finally spinners are coming into play at the Dubai stadium in ILT20,” he added.
Gupta maintained, "Signs enough of some purchase for the Indian spinners in the Champions Trophy.”
