As part of the initiative, the government has launched a new ICT training portal to equip graduates with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. The portal focuses on high-demand areas such as artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity, providing practical experience to participants.
In a notable development, the Ministry of IT and Huawei have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration. This agreement will enable graduates to gain hands-on training in advanced technologies and improve their prospects in the job market. Additionally, Huawei has partnered with COMSATS University Islamabad to enhance technical training opportunities, marking another step toward building a sustainable IT talent pipeline in Pakistan.
