Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary Information Sheikh Waqas Akram said on Friday that the negotiatons with the government will continue even if Imran Khan will get convicted.
Expressing his thoughts, Akram said: "The call of the civil disobedience for the overseas Pakistanis has been started. The government will now have to bear it [civil disobedience]."
"If we will continue to hold negotiations despite getting convicted, then the government should also ready to bear the call of the civil disobedience," Akram maintained.
He said: "The government will come to know about the civil disobedience within two months of time."
Akram added, "The overseas Pakistanis will have to give sacrifices for up to two to three months."
Speaking about the possibility of withdrawing from the call of the civil disobedience, Akram said, "With the formation of the judicial commission on the May 9 and November 26 events, we [PTI] can consider withdrawing the call of civil disobedience."

Separately on Thursday, it was reported that PTI founder Imran Khan intended to give the charter of demands a final shape before presenting it in upcoming negotiation sessions, insiders disclosed.
According to details, the negotiation committee planned to meet party's founder Imran Khan on either Saturday or Monday to finalise the charter of demands, sources revealed.
Party sources stated that the PTI did not demand the formation of a judicial commission comprising senior-most judges.
According to sources, the PTI planned to submit its demands in written form during the next negotiation session. The party leadership prepared to formalise their proposals to ensure clarity in future discussions, they added.
