Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to deal with choice postings with an iron hand
As per the FBR circular, a culture of using influence for transfer postings has been observed and such behavior is undermining the integrity of the institution.
“Such behavior may lead to dismissal,” warns FBR.
“FBR decides to take action by suspending such officers and officials and exercising influence will be considered misconduct,” top tax collection body said.
