Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Ijaz Masih was elected as the MNA on Friday for the reserved minority seat.
According to details, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued the notification in line with the election of Ijaz as the MNA.
Ijaz has elected the MNA that fell vacant after Khalil Tahir decided to leave the seat after being elected senator.

Aseefa Bhutto Zardari — daughter of President Asif Ali Zardari — after becoming a member of the National Assembly (MNA) for the first time, had been given the status of the First Lady of Pakistan.
Aseefa won unopposed on the Nawabshah by-election seat. NA Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq administered the oath to Aseefa Bhutto in the National Assembly session.
The status of the First Lady goes to the wife of the president of the country in general. But Zardari became a widower after his wife and former prime minister Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in 2007.
