Spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev - founder of the Isha Foundation - was discharged from hospital in Delhi on Wednesday following emergency brain surgery.
The surgery was conducted after Sadhguru experienced persistent severe headaches, prompting medical intervention.
Sadhguru's journey through this health crisis began when he sought medical attention after weeks of enduring intense headaches. Subsequent MRI scans revealed significant bleeding in his brain, necessitating immediate medical attention.
Despite the severity of his condition, Sadhguru remained steadfast in his commitments, including his scheduled appearance at the India Today Conclave. Admirably, he fulfilled his engagements even while under the influence of powerful painkillers and sedation, a testament to his unwavering dedication.
On March 17, Sadhguru underwent emergency brain surgery led by Dr. Vinit Suri at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals. The medical team's efforts have been met with encouraging results, as Sadhguru's recovery has been described as steady, with his brain, body, and vital signs returning to normal levels.
