Asad Rauf denies relations with Indian model

Staff Report

LAHORE: Pakistani cricket umpire Asad Rauf has denied having any relationship with an Indian model, Leena Kapoor, SAMAA reports quoting sources.

Rauf, while terming her allegations as baseless, said he never promised to marry her.

Pakistani umpire said that Kapoor forced him into recommending her for a TV show 'Big Boss' as he had good Bollywood connections.

But pictures of Rauf with Kapoor say much more than what he says as the pictures are intimate in nature.

On the other hand, Kapoor has filed a case against Rauf with the Mumbai police. She said that he was in touch with her till May this year.

The Indian model said that Rauf even visited her at her residence.

Moreover, International Cricket Council has directed Rauf to clarify his position in the matter. SAMAA
